  • Please allow up to 3 to 5 business days for order processing & shipping.

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive your tracking information via email.

  • Please refer to your tracking information for shipping updates and changes

  • Please do not leave your package in the mailbox or outside, to mitigate the risk of melting.

  • We ship within the continental US only

Refund and Return Policy

  • At Bougie Scents, all of our products are carefully inspected before they are shipped, we do not offer refunds or accept returns, all orders are final sale.

  • Unfortunately, due to the nature of our products , used candles cannot be returned or refunded. 

  • If products are damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery providing photo proof of the packaging and the damaged items. We will assess and respond with the most appropriate solution.
